Shipping Information
Australia Post is our standard delivery unless otherwise stated. In-stock merchandise is normally shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order.
We use express post satchels with a tracking number. Our flat rate shipping fee is $10 per order in Australia and $30 for international orders.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and bank transfers.
Our online store is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep your personal information secure.

Returns and Exchanges
Australian customers are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returns must be received in original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance on returned items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
For all returns and exchanges please follow these instructions:
1. Email information to info@lushdesigns.com.au to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please include your contact details and order number.
2. Securely repack items in original packaging and include the RAN number & return address if applicable.
3. Post by registered mail only It may take up to 30 days to process your refund.
We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Pricing or Description errors
Due to the large number of items we stock, it is possible, due to human error, that occasionally an error in the pricing or description of an item might occur. If this happens to an item you have ordered we will contact you directly by phone or email to discuss.
Out of stock items
If an item becomes out of stock after we have accepted your order, we will firstly contact you and then either re-order it and have it sent out or offer you the option for a refund.
