Shipping Information

Australia Post is our standard delivery unless otherwise stated. In-stock merchandise is normally shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt of the order. 

We use express post satchels with a tracking number. Our flat rate shipping fee is $12 per order in Australia and $30 for international orders.

 

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and bank transfers.

    Our online store is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep your personal information secure.

    Returns and Exchanges

    At Lush Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights under AustralianConsumer Law, as well as our store’s terms for returns and exchanges.


    🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
    To arrange a return or refund for a faulty item, please contact us at info@lushdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required.

     

    Change of Mind

    We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. While we are not legally required to offer a refund or exchange in such cases, we are happy to accept change-of-mind returns on the following conditions:

    • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

    • It is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is provided.

    • The item is not a final sale, custom, or pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings), which we cannot accept for hygiene reasons.

    Change-of-mind returns may be refunded as a store credit or exchange, at our discretion. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

    Returns must be received in original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance on returned items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

    Pricing or Description errors

    Due to the large number of items we stock, it is possible, due to human error, that occasionally an error in the pricing or description of an item might occur. If this happens to an item you have ordered we will contact you directly by phone or email to discuss. 

     

    Out of stock items

    If an item becomes out of stock after we have accepted your order, we will firstly contact you and then either re-order it and have it sent out or offer you the option for a refund.
